"I was blessed to be able to deal with Eric He helped me with my vehicle insurance. I actually emailed the office after looking at Google to find out what agency was near me and pick them out of four or five different companies and boy am I thrilled!!! I did that on a Sunday and they responded before 9 o’clock on Monday morning and by Tuesday morning I had a policy. I would’ve had one on Monday, but I had things I had to get done. So I was not able to complete it on Monday. I also spoke to Marshall and he was very kind and responsive.
I actually got a much better rate and saved about $30-$80 a month from Progressive With the exact coverage!! I don’t know why I even tried Progressive after being with State Farm in Florida for over 25 years. But I am sure glad to be back with State Farm!!"

"After my house and auto insurance went up even without any accidents, claims, or tickets, I decided to get a few online quotes from different insurance companies. Surprisingly, I didn't get a lot of phone calls, but the one voicemail that I did get really stood out from the rest. It was from Mr. Eric Simons with the Mike Christie State Farm Agency. He was so positive and friendly that I felt compelled to call him back. Initially, I wasn't going to call State Farm because the online quote was higher than another company I had checked. However, after talking to Eric on the phone, the quote was actually lower. I will probably go with it not just because of the price, but because I am confident that I will get great customer service. Eric was thorough, patient, and friendly. He answered all my many questions with detail and made me feel confident that if I needed service, I would certainly get it from this agency. I am excited to get much lower insurance than I am currently paying and I highly recommend Mr. Simons."

"My experience with Mike Christie and State Farm as a whole only possitive. They provided me with important information about my account and their rates are unbeatable. If anyone has a van you know about the outrageous insurance demanded on normal people to pay for business license when you only use your van for normal transportation. That equates to a lot of monthly insurance vs normal and decent rate. It seems State Farm cares a lot about their customers. I reccommend State Farm very highly. It is not that easy to get a five stars from me however I would like to thank them for their excellent insurance rate I am paying."
